Seaweed has been used all over the world for thousands of years. Since ancient times this wild and natural resource has been foraged from rocks and beach coastlines all over the world. But how to develop a sustainable seaweed industry in Europe? This conference is being organized with the aim to answer that particular question. At this conference, participants from the whole seaweed chain are brought together to discuss the real deal.
