Your Well storms the seaweed market with products with Wakame, locally cultivated by The Dutch Seaweed Group. Last weekend they presented fresh Wakame on cucumber, with mayonaise at the Gimsel Natural Store in Rotterdam. And also the spreading mill with dried WakameNL. According to Kees Boender, founder of Your Well, this is the most beautiful natural food store in Holland. The demo was a success.
 
‘People thought it tasted nice, and was fun to eat’, Kees says. ‘Not much fresh seaweed is being sold to date. It’s difficult to sell in stores. But this Wakame you can buy in salted form. After you rinse the salt off under running water, you can directly eat it.’
